Meridian Learning is seeking an innovative, autonomous lead guide for our Cincinnati-based adolescent project, Meridian Micro Farm. The ideal candidate will have:
▪ desire to collaborate with other guides, community members and subject specialists, and to learn about sustainable urban agricultural practices
▪ comprehensive understanding of Montessori philosophy and practice
▪ experience with adolescents in a long-term project-based capacity
▪ willingness to meet students and families where they are
This position is approximately 36-38 hours per week, which includes designated planning time. Our regular school year runs September to May. This project requires year-round responsibility; however, hours in the summer months are flexible and based on project activity, as well as guide availability. We will also consider two guides seeking 16-20 hour positions. Pay is competitive, focused on growth and commensurate with experience.
