Training and Development
Meridian Learning is the first organization in the nation to offer a micro-credential specifically for aspiring teacherpreneurs and microschool leaders. Since 2016, we also host an online conference for grassroots microschools, which is available to Meridian Learning members. In addition to our support for microschoolers, we bring unique insight to traditional educators, families and businesses seeking support and guidance through the integration of Montessori principles. Our professional relationship with institutions of higher learning and wide, experienced network enables us to offer a comprehensive introduction to many topics relevant to 21st century learning. Not unlike our learning studios, our programs and our people, our training and professional development opportunities are one of a kind.
Consulting
Most schools, teachers and businesses approach from a single perspective—leading a school, classroom or business. We are experienced in designing both spaces and curricula, but also assisting in the transformation of people. We utilize our unique skill set to meet the ever-changing needs of diverse populations while preserving the ideals of varied communities. Depending on location, we can provide in-person or virtual guidance, or in many cases a combination of both. Clients may choose a standard three-hour consulting package or request a customized package. While our offering is boutique, we are able to successfully work within most time frames, budgets and learning environments.
Support Materials
We offer a comprehensive digest of support materials for our Galaxy and Constellation member community. Members will find articles and websites plus Office Hours, webinar and conference recordings here.
Employment Center
Our online employment center is designed for microschool leaders seeking teachers and teacherpreneurs seeking employment. The online employment center is available with Star, Galaxy and Constellation member login.
