Meridian Montessori is seeking a part time (2 or 3 mornings) lead guide with 3-6 credential, or an assistant guide with 3-6 credential in progress. Candidates with traditional teacher training and relevant Montessori experience will also be considered. The boutique classroom environment is ideal for those desiring a high level of autonomy and personalization. Applicants should be comfortable using technology for lesson planning and observation, and eager to guide 21st century children using tried and true Montessori principles and calm, confident energy.

Meridian Montessori is seeking an early childhood assistant guide/lead guide-in-training for the 2018-2019 school year and beyond. This part-time opportunity is flexible (2-4 mornings per week), with the possibility to become full time in the near future. Montessori credentialed or soon-to-be credentialed individuals seeking a meaningful, autonomous teaching opportunity are encouraged to apply. Additional preference will be given to those with social media experience and fluent in Google apps. Our online summer courses for aspiring microschool leaders and teacherpreneurs launch August 11! See below for course descriptions and links to registration.
This three-hour online class includes accounting, marketing and administration tips for aspiring and new teacherpreneurs seeking opportunities to continue teaching while operating their own schools or programs. The class is ideal for those interested in launching or improving home-based preschools, play groups, co-ops, or parenting, tutoring, afterschool, foreign language and adult education programs. Participants will receive information enabling them to establish basic professional practices and streamline processes to ensure smoother operations.
Interested in starting your own tiny school? This class explores the steps you must take to create a legal and financial foundation for success, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each microschool entity. Participants will leave the class with a list of concrete tasks, including a better understanding of vision, mission and focus.
