About the Microschool Directory
Meridian launched the first microschool directory in 2016 to support visibility and connection across the global grassroots microschool ecosystem. The directory includes schools representing a wide range of educational philosophies and models. Some schools are featured or display Meridian accreditation based on participation within the Meridian community. Listings are maintained by schools themselves.

Short School Description
Thinking Kids Montessori is a small, authentic Montessori school in Edmond, Oklahoma serving children ages 3–6. Founded in 2021, our school is built on the belief that children learn best when their individual developmental needs are truly met. We provide a prepared environment where children can explore at their own pace, building concentration, independence, confidence, self-discipline, and empathy through meaningful hands-on work. Our approach honors each child as a unique learner and supports their natural curiosity and love of learning, preparing them not just academically, but for life.
