Meridian Micro Farm Events:

These free community events are hosted by Meridian Micro Farm, a nonprofit educational initiative, in partnership with Meridian Learning, LLC, which provides educational staffing and facilitation. Events take place in our shared classroom space at The Collective and occasionally include outdoor learning activities at nearby garden or community sites. Registration is required to ensure adequate materials and supervision. Space is limited, and confirmation details will be sent by email after registration.

03/24/2026 – Planting the Future: Seeding What’s Next 🕒9:30-11 am

04/21/2026 – Building the Future: Shaping the Micro Farm 🕒9:30-11:30 am

05/19/2026 – Making the Future: Micro Farm Makerspace 🕒 9:30 – 11:30 am

Registration Policy

Registration is required for all participants. Walk-in attendance cannot be guaranteed.
Events are free and open to the community.
Space is limited; registration helps us plan materials and ensure a quality experience.
We reserve the right to close registration 24 hours before an event or limit participation if capacity is reached.
If an event must be postponed or canceled, registrants will be notified by email.

Liability Waiver and Release

I acknowledge that participation in community events hosted by Meridian Micro Farm may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to light physical activity and the use of shared tools or materials.
In consideration of participation, I release and hold harmless Meridian Micro Farm (nonprofit host) and Meridian Learning, LLC (educational partner and insured facilitator), along with their respective directors, officers, employees, and volunteers, from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of my or my child(ren)’s participation in these activities.
I understand that reasonable measures will be taken to ensure safety and that emergency medical assistance may be provided if needed.

Event Rules

Drop-Off Events: Unless otherwise noted (e.g., Parent Movie Night), events are drop-off programs designed for youth participants. Parents or guardians will not remain on site during student events.
Respectful Participation: Children must be prepared to respectfully participate in group activities and follow facilitator directions.
Mindful Cell Phone Policy: To help us maintain a focused, mindful environment, cell phones and personal devices must remain put away during events unless being used for educational purposes under staff guidance.
Respect for Space and Community: Please treat the learning space, materials, and staff with care and respect.

By signing below, I confirm that the information provided is accurate and that I have read and agree to the Photo Release, Registration Policy, Liability Waiver, and Event Rules above.
I understand that most Meridian Micro Farm events are drop-off programs for youth participants, unless otherwise specified as a family or parent event.
I also agree to support Meridian Micro Farm’s mindful cell phone policy, which requires that all personal devices remain put away during events unless being used for educational purposes.
