It’s going to be a cool, cool summer!
Meridian Micro summer camps are unlike any other in Cincinnati! What makes our camps unique?
- Our hands-on small group learning ensures campers have the summer they deserve.
- Camp guides are professional Meridian staff with lots of experience working with youth.
- Campers spend at least an hour outside each day, exploring our school neighborhood, garden and the adjacent 125-acre park which includes a playground, kid-friendly trails and a creek.
- Themes include nature and forest exploration, arts and design, cooking and gardening and cultural studies.
Our camps are intentionally small and relationship-centered. We believe summer should feel spacious, creative, and connected to the real world.
My kids attended the camp last summer and LOVED it. They are both pretty introverted and non-athletic and have felt overwhelmed in every other camp we’ve tried to put them in over the last few years. They really connected in the camp, spoke so highly of their days there, and came away with a love of cooking and helping in the kitchen that has persisted, which is amazing. I think the small group setting and gentle, Montessori methods were so good for them.
