Meridian Learning
Meridian Learning is seeking a reliable, hands-on individual to help lead our Summer Stewardship program working with a small group of adolescents (ages 12–15).
This is a part-time, two-day-per-week role focused on outdoor, project-based work including gardening, simple building projects, and community-based activities.
Responsibilities
- Support and guide small groups of adolescents in hands-on outdoor work
- Assist with gardening, basic food preparation, and simple projects
- Help maintain a calm, steady environment
- Show up prepared and on time
- Work with a high level of independence while maintaining clear communication
Ideal Candidate
- Comfortable working outdoors in summer conditions
- Enjoys working with young people
- Reliable and consistent
- Practical, hands-on, and flexible
- Able to take initiative and follow through without close supervision
Schedule
Two days per week (flexible based on availability)
June–August 2026
Compensation
$23/hour, depending on experience
