Fall 2025 Schedule (tentative)
Monday
Handicrafts
Each week, students work on an age-appropriate handcraft project. Last year, students created fingerprint art magnets, sock bunnies, fairy gardens and more! This year, students will work on some extended projects including introduction to hand sewing.
Tuesday
Cooking & Gardening
Students will explore different culinary delights, visit our school garden for ingredients, and expand their knowledge of cooking tools and elements. Students will also plant seeds and learn about plant care. This class incorporates botany, chemistry and practical life skills.
Wednesday
Creative Writing
Embark on a journey of discovery and creativity! This enrichment class invites young explorers to connect with the natural world through hands-on observation, instant photography, and expressive journaling.
Thursday
Robotics
Embark on a thrilling coding journey with MIT’s Scratch platform, designed to ignite young minds with logic and critical thinking skills. In this exhilarating class, students will embark on a daily adventure, gradually unraveling the intricacies of the platform and building confidence through exciting projects.
Homeschool Friday
Rotating community-based and culturally relevant field trips and scavenger hunts, game days, forest adventure and nature study (second and fourth Friday)
Admission Requirements
Enrichment classes are designed for children age 5-12. A one-semester commitment is required for all classes.
